Entry into the Degen Pets ecosystem begins with acquiring your personal "Trading Desk". This is an account-bound access pass purchased for 30 APE. This initial purchase serves two key purposes: 90% of the APE automatically buys and adds to the liquidity pool for our native token, $DGPT, on a decentralized exchange, while the remaining 10% contributes to the project's operational treasury.

Upon purchasing your Trading Desk, you receive your very first Degen Pet NFT. By default, this is a randomly selected Pet from any available species.
